I have always wanted to read Self-Help books... But have never been the kind of person to get 'into' one, you know? I always knew that I would benefit, but just couldn't get my head into one.

I didn't realise then that I was the kind of person who would need to do self help my own way, I used positive self talk, self encouragement. I would find myself beating myself up because I couldn't get into the books!


Realising that some people need that face to face, connected healing. And now I am able to offer that to you if you need it. How amazing is that?
