Learning about the regrowth and redirection of Neural Pathways, is a fascinating study.

By consciously bringing up a good memory (even a made up one that makes your feel amazing) every time you catch yourself thinking about a sad or bad memory, can train the brain to start forgetting that memory in favour of the happy one!

I offer a really beautiful therapy for just this! We anchor in an incredible memory, one that makes you feel warm and loved, and then we gently and carefully let that memory become dominant over any sad memory or trauma... isn't that incredible!
