Where's Wally?

Updated: Jun 25, 2021

For such a long time, I lived in a state of personal denial. Not sure enough, or able to, define and recognise all that was happening inside.

I think there's a little bit of Wally in all of us, some more than others, some people are so incredibly self aware that it takes my breath away - I understand and see how very blessed they are to be that way, and I get to see first hand how they work through their trauma and rise bit by bit until they are flying free. And then there are those who struggle, like me at times, they are so wrapped up in their challenges, that they can't step back and look at them objectively.

I am grateful that I can help both types of people in my line of therapy, it's a sliding scale of awareness that each person finds themselves on.

My job, personally is to keep looking inside, keep defining, and setting boundaries, looking for growth, acknowledging victories within myself. My job, as a Therapist, is to stand with you while you attempt to do the same.

If this rings true for you and you want to work on this aspect of yourself, ...talk to me.
