I've always struggled to feel safe with someone - when it comes to sharing my deepest feelings and challenges. One of the promises I made myself, was that I would *be* a safe space for clients to open up in.
I promised that I would be available, without judgement, fully present and ready to engage.
That I would protect and hold space for them when they were with me, whether in person or online (both are equally impactful and awesome therapeutic spaces!)
When you decide to reach out and make changes in your life, however big or small, I would love to be there in the front seat, watching your freedom unravel and expand.
Like butterfly wings!
